Viscosity is one of the most important physical properties of lubricant oils and is one of the most widely used polymers of polyisobutene. In this study, due to the importance of viscosity in lubricating oils, as well as the use of polyisobutene polymer in the lubricant industry and the increasing use of this polymer, one of the major problems is the lack of a proper relationship that can be used to determine the viscosity by using it at temperature 100 °C and 40 °C, and it should always take a lot of time, which is one of the major problems for oil producing companies, and it has always been necessary to multiply the number of viscosities in this calculation work using data Laboratory and prototypes with different percentages and oils made one Acceptable and very high R2. This formula was tested using different percentages of polyisobutene as well as various grades of oil with different viscosities, the results are compared with actual values and it is observed that the predicted values are very close to the actual values that were used to compare the results using the RMSE method and proved that it can be based on additional prototyping and time wasting in Oil-producing factories.
